Main Focus
My work is focused on the study of eccentric compact binaries and the emitted gravitational wave signal under the Effective-One-Body formalism, which gives us nonperturbative resummed estimates of the two-body dynamics. Accurate modelling of eccentric systems has become a very important topic for data analysis purposes due to the increasing sensitivity of gravitational wave detectors. Having adequate templates for the waveforms of these eccentric systems is of great importance for the correct estimation of astrophysical parameters.

Curriculum Vitae
2016-2020: Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
2020-2022: Master of Science degree in Physics at UNAM. In my M.Sc. thesis I focused on the general relativistic accretion of kinetic gases surrounding black holes.
Starting from September 2022, I am a doctoral student at the International Max Planck Research School under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Alessandra Buonanno.
