Providing our employees with training opportunities on unconscious bias, conflict resolution and diversity is an essential part of the AEI equal opportunity & diversity policy.

Apart from the Planck Academy of the Max Planck Society and the LinkedIn Learning portal, we organize spring and fall workshop series on our campus in Potsdam or online. The topics include, but are not limited to, work-life balance, anti-discrimination, conflict management and others. We always inform our community about the upcoming workshops and encourage them to participate.
