November der Wissenschaft 2023

The November of Science at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute) and the Institute for Gravitational Physics of Leibniz Universität Hannover with seven exciting events

September 13, 2023

November 2023 will once again become a month of science for more than two weeks, offering insights into Hannover as a university and science location between November 1 and 19. The Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute) and the Institute for Gravitational Physics of Leibniz Universität Hannover are taking part and invite you to seven events between dark matter, physics and science fiction, mankind’s largest observatory, planet-laying “spiders” and an interdisciplinary look at gravitational-wave astronomy. Lectures will be offered simultaneously as on-site and as online events. We look forward to seeing you!

To participate, all you need is an Internet connection, a browser, and audio hardware. Instructions for online participation can be found below. The platform uses open source software and is hosted on servers of the Computing and IT Competence Center of the Max Planck Society at the GWDG.

Online livestream (always in the same online room) from about 30 min before the event starts: November of Science 2023 at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics on BigBlueButton.
